Used on my dogs for the firework display that was happening right behind us. Was dreading it. Gave my boys the recommended amounts one slept thought it and the other was interesting on what was happening, no barking from either of them I was amazed. Living in the city fireworks have been a problem for my welsh sheepdog ever since has was a pup ((he's now just over 2 years old), worse still people let off fireworks intended for large displays, not just the type you can buy in supermarkets, in a car park less than 20 metres from the flats. The loud bangs would send him into a frenzy or panic dashing round the flat, barking, whining and crying furiously. This year I noticed an advertisement for Nutracalm in Your Dog magazine and thought I'd give them a try. To be honest, with the way he reacts, I didn't hold out any expectations of them helping; however they really have. I sprinkle a tablet on his dinner around 6 before they start and it has really helped him calm down. They still make him jump and he barks, but he comes to us for reassurance and quickly settles back down. It doesn't make him drowsy or lethargic and he is still happy to play throughout, but he will eventually find his safe spot in the dark hall by the front door (the door leads into the hallway to the block, so it's far away from the windows, and he eventually settles down to rest there quite calmly. They've really helped lower his stress levels which I'm really pleased about. I always keep some in the cupboard now for bonfire night, new year's eve, and any other events where there may be fireworks nearby.

My dog anxiety got so bad even if wind blowing in trees so vet suggested these and saw a difference almost immediately and after a month on these we can go walks without fear - thank you

Only been giving this to my dog for 25 days and I have seen a huge difference in his general mobility.
He was on daily Metacam but has not had any for the last 4 days . The Metacam is there in case I needing but at the moment I am happy to say he does not need it.
I will give him Nutraquin+ for as long as it benefits him.

Hi my jack Russel kobi has cognitive dysfunction syndrome the vet recommended these tablets he is much less stressed and his he now not pacing around at night whimpering.

My toy poodle show early sign of dementia .I ask my Vet about this and she said Its safe to have a try . Have been trying for 2 months , very satisfactory result .. better sleep, no mid-night wondering around .. seems more calm but alert (before she is over alert and suddenly confuse). If your dog show sign of dementia , highly recommend to have a try .

I love nutracalm, I recommend it to anyone with stressed animals. I first used it years ago on Rose when she had cystitis. I took her to the vets for a urine sample and this sent her over the edge and she wouldn't come near me or eat properly for days. I managed to get her to eat a little bit of wet food with some nutracalm hours later she's eating better and more relaxed. I continued it for several days and before long she was back to her normal self.
Same with house moves I use it for a week before and after. I can see when it takes effect because she gets extra affectionate.
Fast forward years later, after a terrifying night of not being able to find her she was located hiding under a sofa refusing to come out. Refused all food, this is totally out of character she'll do anything for her evening wet food. She wouldn't come out, didn't meow, all I can assume is she went out whilst I was at work and something has really frightened her. I let her have the night not seeing any immediate problems that need attention. Left her evening meal out with nutracalm in... Whilst she wasn't 100% the next morning, she came out overnight resumed her normal spot sleeping next to me on the bed ate her breakfast. She stayed out of her hiding spot.

I can't rave enough about how much this works for her.
